Shipping Commitments

Emailed orders will ship within 1 business day of confirmation. We email a confirmation of receipt of all emailed orders that we receive. If you do not receive a confirmation of an order that you emailed within 1 business day, then we may not have received it. Please follow up on it.
Postal Priority Mail Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 5:30 pm PT/8:30 pm ET ship tomorrow.
Overnight and 2nd Day orders - Ship Today if placed by 10:00 am Pacific/1:00 pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday. Caveat - If you email an expedited overnight or 2nd Day order, then please also call Brenda to let her know. Sometimes Brenda doesn't get to her current emails for a few hours.
International Shipments - We ship via U.S.P.S. International Priority Mail or via UPS Express. You choose your preference in the checkout.
- We strive to get international orders out within 24 hours, but sometimes we need an extra day due to customs paperwork.
- UPS Express International orders will ship today if ordered by 10:00 am Pacific Time.

Standard tolerances: L ±.005" / ID±.003" / OD±.005" No sharp edges, all corners are chamfered. Spacers are tumble finished to provide a nice appearance.

We have restocked our most common parts, so you should find what you want in stock.

In the event that we don't have your parts in stock, backorders are currently taking 7 to 8 weeks to fill in most cases.

Some items are already on our schedule for production so they may be ready to ship sooner. Please ask about a specific part if you want to know.

Long Lead Times and Short-handed

We have been working to get our inventory of spacers back up to normal levels. We've been stocking up on our most common items, so we have a pretty solid inventory now.

We probably have you covered for what you need. Unfortunately, that's only a 97% probability.

Our Open Return Policy

You may return spacers for ANY reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Special runs are excepted. We refund all but a 3% CC processing charge and shipping costs. If you cancel before we ship your order, then there is just the 3% processing charge.

When returning -- Simply enclose a copy of your packing slip with the returned items indicated and a note that you want to return for a refund OR return for exchange if that is the case. We will take care of the rest when we receive them. Returns will be refunded to the same form of payment used to purchase. We do not refund shipping charges once an item has shipped.
